The deposit is not an additional charge.
The deposit is normally applied to the final charge, however, it can be withheld and/or additional charges assessed for breaches of the Leader Agreement.

Below are the current deposit requirements.

• Lake Lodge: $200.00
• Conference Center: $200.00
• Snead Conference Lodge: $200.00
• Cabin Lodging: $20.00
• Day Use: $50.00

Once your deposit is received your reservation will be confirmed and your deposit will be applied to your final cost if no unnecessary repairs or excessive cleaning become necessary. If you Cancel your reservation, you forfeit your deposit. However, if you postpone your reservation, you have 365 days from original reservation start date to use the deposit or it is forfeited.
