Deposits

The deposit is not an additional charge.  The deposit is normally applied to the final charge, however it can be withheld and/or additional charges assessed for breaches of the Leader Agreement.

Deposits are as follows:

• Deposit for lodging in the Conference Center, Snead Conference Lodge, or Lake Lodge is $200.00 to confirm reservations - applied to final cost if no unnecessary repairs or excessive cleaning necessary.
• Deposit for Cabin lodging is $20.00 to confirm reservations - applied to final cost if no unnecessary repairs or excessive cleaning necessary.
• Deposit for Day Use is $50.00 to confirm reservations - applied to final cost if no unnecessary repairs or excessive cleaning necessary.

If you Cancel your reservation, you forfeit your deposit.  However, if you postpone your reservation, you have 365 days from original reservation start date to use the deposit or it is forfeited.
